At Fendrich Co., we value the satisfaction and experience of our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

🔄 Deadline for Request

You can request a return or refund within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.

📦 Return Conditions

For a return to be approved, the product must:

Show no signs of use
Be in perfect condition
Be in original packaging (when applicable)

🚚 Shipping and Delivery Time

We work with international suppliers, therefore:

Delivery time may vary between 7 and 20 business days
In some cases, there may be an extension due to logistical factors

❌ Situations that DO NOT guarantee automatic refund
Incorrect address provided by the customer
Absence at the time of delivery
Product retained due to non-payment of fees (when applicable)

🔁 Defective or Problematic Products

If you receive a product:

different from the order
damaged

Full refund OR
Reshipment of the product at no additional cost

💰 Refunds

After approval:

The refund will be processed within 5 business days.
The amount will be returned using the same payment method used.
